Standard Delivery

Standard delivery is 5 JD. Orders over 50JD are delivered free of charge.

Free Delivery

We deliver all orders totalling  50JD (and above) direct to the address you have given to us 

Dispatch

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 3 working days. You can check the status of your order within the My Account section. (*working day is classed as Saturday to Thursday, excluding  Holidays)

Where we Deliver to

MIDTEKS  only deliver to Jordan .

Missing Orders

In the unlikely event that your order has not arrived within 1 week and you have not heard from us, you should contact us at info@midteks.com with your order reference number. You can also track your order online using Trace service. Your tracking number will be emailed to you on dispatch and can also be found in the My Orders section within My Account.
