Delivery Fees

Amman :  Delivery is Free for Orders above 30JOD  , otherwise add 3.00JOD for orders less than 30JOD

North Cities (Irbid, Herash, Ramtha, Mafraq , Beside Salt and Madaba ) : Delivery is free for Orders above 50.00JOD, otherwise add 5.00JOD for orders less than 50.00JOD

South Cities (Aqaba, Maan, Tafilah, Karak) : Delivery is free for orders above 50.00JOD , otherwise add 5.00JOD for orders less than 50.00JOD

Zarka City : Delivery is Free for Orders above 50.00JOD, otherwise add 5.00JOD for orders less than 50.00JOD

Dispatch

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 3 working days. You can check the status of your order within the My Account section. (*working day is classed as Saturday to Thursday, excluding  Holidays)

MIDTEKS  only deliver to Jordan .

Missing Orders

In the unlikely event that your order has not arrived within 1 week and you have not heard from us, you should contact us at info@midteks.com with your order reference number. You can also track your order online using Trace service. Your tracking number will be emailed to you on dispatch and can also be found in the My Orders section within My Account.
